Throughout her career Tanya has also gained experience on Not-For-Profit boards and is a proud graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with a strong passion for good governance and effective risk management. Her hands-on leadership in transformation programs, includes significant digital and operational transformation, and successfully steering an organisation through its first NDIS Quality & Safeguards Audit. This journey has deepened her commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within organisations.

In addition to her practical experience, Tanya holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security Governance and Risk Management, ensuring she combines strategic insights with technical expertise. Her passion for human centered design drives her approach, allowing her to deliver tailored solutions that align with organisational goals.
